Tenute Fiorebelli, Rosso Cabaletta (2016)

Cabaletta is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown near the town of San Pietro in Cariano in the province of Verona. The wine is produced using a technique called appassimento. Cabaletta has an intense ruby red colour with a complex bouquet reminiscent of prunes, cherries and redcurrants. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple and well balanced with a long finish.
