Cool Peppercorn

We combine the green peppercorns with chives, garlic, onion and shallots. We then add a little sea salt to enhance the flavor, along with dill weed and lemon verbena. Just mix a little with sour cream or a sour cream/cream cheese mixture for a great dip or spread. It’s also a great topping for potatoes, and works well on fish, shrimp, and scallops.
