Arbalest is Benoit Touquette’ s elegant right bank blend of 81% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot from Bordeaux. Born in Lyon, France, he holds a Master of Science of Chemistry and one of Enology from University of Bordeaux. He has worked at several Bordeaux wineries including Chateau La Louviere and Chateau Couhins-Lurton. An amazing value from one of the world’s top winemakers.
