We strive for a La Consulta-terroir driven Cabernet Sauvignon that is fresh, fruit-forward, and easy-to-drink.

A mild, rounded nose smells a touch stewy and warm, while this wine feels full and jammy, with soft tannins. Berry and black-plum flavors are lightly herbal and spicy, while the finish tastes slightly green, with modest tannins. There's no need to age this wine. Drink through 2023...Michael Schachner
