Ruby red color with fresh fruit aromas of cherry, cassis, and violet notes. Lush acidity, firm tannins and a long finish. It can be consumed now but will age beautifully for several years.

Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc from Zuccardi opens with a cherry and strawberry jam bouquet with hints of beef jerky and flint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. We also thought it was smooth. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red plum and herb blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of red pepper and pomegranate. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Panel thought this Cab Franc would pair well with Cuban sandwich, a roast pork loin or pork schnitzel. Enjoy – KWGTP
