Varietals: 100% Rebula (ribolla gialla)

Farming: Practicing organic. The vineyards have no irrigation, and spraying is done only with sulfites and copper, if needed. All grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed, and pressed immediately.

Tasting Notes: Pikasi rebula has no skin contact but still has a distinct structure and presence on the palate. Definitely a pallet driven wine that will compliment a variety of dishes.

Serve it chilled but not too cold with lobster, shrimp, mussels prepared in a variety of ways, grilled white fish, prosciutto, roasted chicken or turkey, and grilled juicy pork chops.
