Roussanne is a French Varietal from the Rhone region of France. This is a wine that is a super full body White. Aged in Neutral French Oak barrels the wine has developed super rich flavors, mouth feel and texture. Think "Super Chardonnay" with this wine.

Food pairings with rich and creamy foods. White meats: Chicken in a cream sauce, pork, corniche game hen, or duck. Also pairs well with seafood such a Lobster with butter, Coquille St. Jacques, shrimp in cream sauce.
