Ileana Pinot Grigio Low Carb (2019)

A deliciously crisp and aromatic white wine produced using top-quality grapes grown in hillside vineyards, with the majestic Dolomite Mountains towering above. The winters are cold. The summers are warm with cool nights. This particular microclimate, along with south-facing vineyards, enable the grapes to reach perfect maturation, with great acidity and minerality. A hand-crafted wine that is “bone-dry,” with only traces of residual sugar remaining (>2 g/l.). This results in a lovely, lean style which is lower in carbs.
