The beautiful intense cherry pink in the glass expresses all its brilliance and smoothness.
Italy. Cantina la Marchesa
The beautiful intense cherry pink in the glass expresses all its brilliance and smoothness. On the nose emerge the aromas of Daunia - a splendid subregion of Northern Puglia - and of the Nero di Troia variety, with its red and black berried fruits: black cherries, strawberries and blackberries. All embellished with delicate hints of rose, which make Il Melograno di Cantina La Marchesa a very elegant wine. In the mouth it is vinous.
The alcohol by volume, which settles at 13%, gives a good softness on the palate. The acidity is present, but not marked: considering that these grapes are continuously kissed by the sun, we cannot expect more. In short, to understand the Daunian territory, there is no better way than drinking this wine. Perfect pairing with cold cuts, escalopes with mushrooms, fish soups, shellfish, salmon, sushi and sashimi, at a serving temperature between 10 and 13 degrees. considering that these grapes are continuously kissed by the sun, we cannot expect more.
