Chef Dan Sastre's Etouffee

Dan’s All Spiced Up Etouffee is fantastic! Check out his recipe using All Spiced Up "Cajun Blend" and "Garlic Unleashed." And watch him prepare it:

Dan’s All Spiced Up Etouffee

2 Tbl unsalted butter
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, medium, chopped
1 green pepper, medium, chopped
1 Tbl All Spiced Up Garlic Unleashed
2 Tbl All Spiced Up Cajun Blend

Sauté chopped vegetables for 5 to 6 minutes with the All Spiced Up Garlic Unleashed and the butter.

Add 2 Tbl tomato paste and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.

Add one pound peeled, cleaned shrimp seasoned with 2 Tbl All Spiced Up Cajun Blend and cook for another 4 minutes.

Mix together 1 cup of white wine, ¼ cup water and 2 Tbl arrowroot (or cornstarch) and add to shrimp and vegetables. Cook until thickened, add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over rice.
