NOT YOUR MAMA'S CARBONARA

Ingredients

2    tablespoons basil-flavored olive oil
6    ounces bacon, chopped
2    pounds shrimp, cleaned
2    tablespoons Rub It In!
6    cups spaghetti, cooked
(6 ounces regular, 6 ounces spinach spaghetti)
¼   cup Parmesan cheese
1    cup almond milk
¼   cup egg substitute

Preparation

  • In a Dutch oven, cook bacon until crisp over medium-high heat, cool, chop into bite-size pieces.
  • Return to pan with olive oil, shrimp and Rub It In!
  • Cook until shrimp is pink.
  • Reduce heat to low; stir in pasta.
  • Combine milk and egg substitute until well blended. Add to the pot and stir until the sauce thickens.


Can be served immediately, but try it cold...you will impress!

BIG TURKEY MEATBALLS

Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey (or chicken)
3 egg whites
1 cup quick cooking oats
2 tablespoon Rub It In!
1 small onion, finely chopped

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Spray muffin pan with non stick spray.
  • Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl.
  • Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place in muffin pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
