Garlic Potatoes


8 medium red potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese (use your favorite)
6 slices of bacon (regular or turkey), crumbled
1 tablespoon Garlic Unleashed
salt and pepper to taste


Cook the potatoes, add all of the other ingredients and mix or blend with an electric mixer until smooth. (You can make this ahead and reheat.)

You can finish with more bacon bits, parsley and/or thinly sliced green onions.
