BLOODY MARY CHICKEN
Bloody Mary Mix
Put chicken pieces in a ziploc bag, cover with tomato juice and 1 Tbl Bloody Mary mix. Marinade 15 minutes to overnight.
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet and auté chicken pieces.
Once chicken pieces are golden brown, pour marinade over the chicken.
Reduce heat to medium low.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.

1 shot (1.5 fl oz) Vodka
1 glass (8 oz) tomato juice
1 tsp to 1 Tbl Bloody Mary Mix
Combine vodka, tomato juice and Bloody Mary Mix spice blend. Mix well. Garnish with a stalk of celery.
