TWICE BAKED POTATOES
4 large baking potatoes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon All For Potatoes
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
8 green onions or chives (optional)

When we visited Alex and Michelle's lovely home in outside of Atlanta, we were greeted with lots of hugs...and a delicious cheese ball! Michelle told us the recipe was super-easy, and delicious! She was right on both counts.
We hope she doesn't mind that we came home to Jacksonville and started experimenting! The basic recipe is the same, with some fun twists. Thank you, Michelle and Alex; we love you!
1 (8oz) block of cream cheese,
1 (8oz) block of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon All Spiced Up's blend of your choice (All Things Potatoes, All Veggies Blend, Anglers' Reel Blend, Garlic Unleashed, etc.)
the fun part!....
Before adding the All Spiced Up blend of your choice, divide cream cheese mixture into 2, 3 or 4 equal parts and add different blends to each one. Once blended, shape into a ball and roll it to coat in the same blend, or in your favorite chopped nuts.
and the leftovers!.....
Use left over cream cheese mixture to make grilled cheese sandwiches. Add tomato slices, a slice of muenster cheese and...wowsers!...a grilled cheese like no other!
