GAME GONE WILD!

Try this fantastic rub on all things wild.: Venison, pheasant, etc. Rub on meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. This dry rub is a great way tenderize and flavor your meats.Great in venison stew. Go wild!

ROADHOUSE RUB

Bursting with flavor and attitude, this rub is reminiscent of sizzling meats and burgers in an old fashioned roadhouse. Use it on meats, chicken and pork.


Contains: Pepper, Himalayan salt, onion, smoked sea salt, garlic, parsley, turbinado.

LAMB SEASONING

DIGGER'S HAM BLEND


Rub on the outside of pork butt, pork chops, or pork loin before grilling or roasting. Unbelievable on a whole pig!

JAVA STEAK RUB


Looking to wake up your steak? The tenderizing properties of java, paired with fresh herbs and spices, make this the perfect steak seasoning. Rub steak with olive oil and Java Steak Rub, marinade 15 minutes, and grill.

Contains: Coffee, pepper, Himalayan salt, anaheim chili powder, cilantro, garlic, smoked paprika, onion and turbinado sugar.

A dear customer asked us to make a blend for fried chicken. We did, and Paul loved it! But it ended up on everything in our test kitchen...so it became Chef's Blend!

SAUSAGE SEASONING

Hard to beat homemade sausages! And they are simple to make. Use one tablespoon of our blend with one pound of your favorite ground meat. Blend together well and put into the refrigerator overnight. The meat needs to be really, really cold to make good patties. Enjoy as patties, links, in stuffing!

MUSHROOM MADNESS
