MADRAS CURRY


Indian cuisine made easy. Wash & dry skinned fish (or chicken). Mix 1 tablespoon of blend with 1 cup of yogurt and marinade fish for an hour. Grill over medium heat, using reserved marinade. Serve with saffron rice.
